ACT 3 was founded in 1991 to express a deep commitment to church and cultural renewal by building bridges to Christian leaders. We provide resources, counsel and encouragement, rooted in biblical hope, for men and women who can use their personal and collective influence to foster a growing resistance movement to the cultural captivity of the church. We believe that God is currently gathering a fresh confluence of churches and ministries that will become part of the coming global expansion of Christ's kingdom.
