The Boy Scouts have a well-known motto: “Be Prepared.” I think this motto should be emblazoned on the minds and hearts of Christians and churches everywhere. We are often unprepared for many of the important challenges that we face day-to-day. And the typical church is not doing a good job in helping us remedy this problem.
